If you are having a problem with an Internet connection, try these instructions. In the taskbar search field, type network connections. Right click the appropriate network connection and select Properties. Uncheck Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6). Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click Properties. Check both the Obtain an IP address automatically and the Obtain DNS server address automatically radio buttons. Click OK to close the window.
