Student Conduct

The Student Conduct office at UNC Pembroke is committed to fostering a respectful, supportive, and safe campus environment where all members can grow academically, socially, and personally. Grounded in the values of respect, responsibility, integrity, and fairness, we aim to help students learn from their experiences, repair harm when it occurs and strengthen our Brave community.

The UNC Pembroke Incident Reporting Form serves as a centralized mechanism for reporting various campus concerns, including criminal activities, student misconduct, and behavioral issues. Designed for use by students, faculty, staff, and campus police, the form facilitates communication with multiple university departments, such as the Office of Student Conduct, Housing and Residence Life, and the CARE Team.
