Post-Master’s Certificate in Nursing Education

Gain the confidence and credentials to lead in clinical, academic or staff development settings. In just nine credit hours, you'll explore curriculum design, technology integration and student evaluation. Classes are delivered 100% online, allowing you to balance your education with work and life.

To apply for the Post-Master’s Certificate in Nursing Education, you must:

  • Submit a completed application.
  • Hold a Master of Science in Nursing from a nationally accredited NLN or CCNE program.
  • Have a valid North Carolina nursing license or multistate privileges under the Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • Possess a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0.
  • Submit official transcripts from all postsecondary institutions.
  • Submit a resume or curriculum vitae detailing your educational and work history.
