Program Requirements

This program blends general education, health and fitness courses with professional teacher training. You鈥檒l study topics like kinesiology, anatomy, nutrition and adapted physical education. You鈥檒l also take classes focused on teaching K-12 students. With hands-on fieldwork and a full-time internship, you鈥檒l build real classroom experience. The program is CAEP-accredited and helps prepare you for North Carolina鈥檚 required teaching exams.
